AI startups directory: companies by buyer and workflow

AI startups sell to different customers, even when their products use similar technology. Browse companies by the work their products do, then use the screening prompts to choose what deserves a closer look. Our Angel Squad angel-investing community helps aspiring and active angels develop that judgment through education and peer learning.

Browse by buyer and workflow

We selected 12 companies with publicly described products in which AI performs a central role. The selection is international, with no country restriction, and uses English-language product pages and documentation.

It includes younger and more established AI businesses. It isn't a verified early-stage or currently fundraising cohort. Companies appear alphabetically within each group, and the selection is non-ranked and non-exhaustive.

Internal-only tools, standalone research projects and concepts without public product details are outside its scope. Each entry focuses on one product or workflow, rather than the company's entire catalog. Commercial-model notes appear only where official sources describe the offer.

All linked company sources were checked on October 15, 2026. That date records the source review, not a product launch or company founding date.

Choose a company you can question well

Start with a buyer or workflow you understand. A software engineer can bring useful questions about code review. A healthcare operator can explain how a patient call moves between systems and staff. Write down the customer's existing process, the step the product changes and the evidence you'd need to believe the change is worth paying for.
